IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date on Power Enterprises LLC’s (“Complainant’s”) claim filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) that Patterson Remodeling LLC (“Respondent”) had violated A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(10) by failing to pay Complainant monies due under a subcontract. After both parties presented evidence, they engaged in discussions off the record and reached an agreement to resolve their dispute. The terms of the agreement were read onto the record. Complainant agreed to withdraw its complaint. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, November 2, 2016.
