If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION The Administrative Law Judge’s Decision, recommended that the Registrar “dismiss Complainant Jacob Smith’s complaint in Case 2011-6409 against Respondent All Star Exteriors, L.L.C.’s License No C-42-269835-R.” However, case no. 2011-6409 is not affiliated with case no. 2016-278. Therefore, the

Registrar modifies the recommended order to dismiss Complainant Walter Edward Conway’s complaint

in case no. 2016-278 against Respondent’s license nos. 059892, 068985, and 269519.

CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby replaces “dismiss Complainant Jacob Smith’s complaint in Case 2011-6409 against Respondent All Star Exteriors, L.L.C.’s License No C-42-269835-R,” found on page 2, of the Administrative Law Judge Decision with “dismiss Complainant Walter Edward Conway’s complaint in case no. 2016-278 against Respondent’s license nos. 059892, 068985, and 269519.” The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on August 24, 2016.
