IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 30, 2016, the parties filed a Joint Stipulation to Dismiss ROC Complaint without Prejudice and Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they stipulated to the dismissal of the ROC complaint without prejudice and the hearing currently scheduled for December 13, 2016 was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, December 12, 2016.
