IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 9, 2016, the Arizona Registrar of Contactors (hereinafter “Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate. The Registrar’s motion provides, in relevant part, as follows: At a settlement conference, the parties were able to reach an amicable resolution of this matter and the Respondent has complied with the conditions required by the Registrar under the settlement. The Registrar has therefore rescinded its license denial notice and has issued a contractor’s license to the Applicant. Therefore there is no need to proceed with a hearing.

Whereupon, after review, IT IS ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar.
