Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

The Administrative Law Judge Decision does not list the recommended discipline to be imposed

against Respondent’s licenses. The Registrar believes a 1 day suspension against Respondent’s license

number CR39.207041 is appropriate in this case. Only CR39.207041 is disciplined because the record

does not bear any evidence that license nos. CR37.206963, CR11.285428, B.221111, B-2.180624 were involved in the contract at issue. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies the Administrative Law Judge’s recommended order found on page of the Decision to suspend Respondent’s License No. CR39.207041-D, issued by the Registrar, for a period of 1 day. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision,
