A Z Equipment Rental and Sales Inc. (“Complainant”) has moved to vacate the hearing because M F Concrete Contractors LLC (“Respondent”) has promised to pay the amount due on its account. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on November 2, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved/settled/withdrawn, without prejudice to Complainant’s right to reopen the complaint if Respondent fails to make the promised payment.
