The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (the “Registrar”) filed a motion to vacate further proceedings in the above-captioned cases and to remand to the Registrar for dismissal because Respondent Valladares has complied with the conditions of a conditional settlement with the Registrar. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on February 9, 2017, at 4:00 p.m., as well as any hearing on the merits that could have been scheduled in these matters. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding these matters under A.A.C. R2-19- 111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for dismissal. Done this day, February 10, 2017.
