IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On July 26, 2016, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (the Registrar) filed a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had reached a settlement in this dispute and the hearing currently scheduled for August 26, 2016, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, July 28, 2016.
