The parties reached a tentative settlement on the record whereby Respondent Back to Basics Corp. agreed to provide Complainant a cashier’s check for $6,350.00 no later than the close of business on October 14, 2016. If the check is provided, Complainant will inform the Tribunal in writing by October 18, 2016 that the matter has resolved and may be vacated. In light of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the record be held open until October 18, 2016 to see if the matter resolves. Done this day, October 7, 2016.
