IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 23, 2016, Complainant sent an email to the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) that was forwarded to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for January 4, 2017, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, December 5, 2016.
