ROI Improvements, LLC, Docket No. 2016A-2201-ROC License No. 284930, FINAL ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION AND ORDER RESPONDENT.

Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

Modification: The Administrative Law Judge Decision recommended that Respondent’s license be revoked. The Registrar modifies the recommended order so that Respondent’s license be immediately revoked upon issuance of this Final Administrative Decision and Order. Justification: For the public welfare, the Registrar summarily suspended Respondent’s license on June 24, 2016, and sought revocation of that license at the July 6, 2016 hearing. The Administrative Law Judge Decision determined that revocation is appropriate. No reasonable cause exists to justify the delay of that revocation. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies the recommended order so that Respondent’s license be revoked upon the issuance of this Order, effective immediately. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the
