On December 15, 2017, the Registrar of Contractors filed a brief stating what it believes is its authority for ordering a rehearing in this matter. Inasmuch as the parties stipulated to accept the facts found by the Administrative Law Judge Geddes at the hearing held prior to the Request for Rehearing, the undersigned confirms the briefing scheduled previously discussed on the record. Respondent’s opening brief is due January 16, 2018, and Complainant’s response brief due on January 22, 2018. Respondent’s reply brief is due January 29, 2018. The undersigned was recently appointed to be a judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court. As such, Judge Eigenheer will review the briefs and issue her recommendation in the case.
