Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

With the technical modifications detailed below, the Registrar accepts the substance of the

Administrative Law Judge Decision. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION Page 3, ¶ 8, of the Decision lists Exhibit 10 as Joeng’s complaint. However, the Registrar’s list of Exhibits lists Joeng’s complaint as Exhibit 9. Page 3, ¶ 8, of the Decision lists Exhibit 9 as Johnson’s complaint. However, the Registrar’s list of Exhibits lists John’s complaint as Exhibit 8. Page 3, ¶ 10, of the Decision lists an advertisement expiration date of October 15, 2016. However, the expiration date is October 15, 2015. Page 3, ¶ 11, of the Decision lists Exhibit 10 as Joeng’s complaint. However, Joeng’s complaint is Exhibit 9. Page 4, ¶ 12, of the Decision lists Exhibit 10 as Joeng’s complaint. However, Joeng’s complaint is Exhibit 9. Page 4, ¶ 14, of the Decision lists Exhibit 9 as Johnson’s complaint. However, the Registrar’s list of Exhibits lists Johnson’s complaint as Exhibit 8. Page 4, ¶ 16, of the

However, the Registrar’s list of Exhibits lists Nicole Holt’s letter as Exhibit 12. CONCLUSION AND ORDER For sack of clarity, The Registrar hereby replaces, “10,” found on page 3, ¶ 8, of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, with “9.” The Registrar replaces “9,” found on page 3, ¶ 8, with “8.” The Registrar replaces “October 15, 2016,” found on page 3, ¶ 10, with “October 15, 2015.” The Registrar replaces “10,” found on page 3, ¶ 11, with “9.” The Registrar replaces “10,” found on page 4, ¶ 12, with “9.” The Registrar replaces “9,” found on page 4, ¶ 14, with “8.” The Registrar replaces “10,” found on page 4, ¶

16, with “12.” The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision,

which becomes effective on September 4, 2016.
