At hearing, Respondent agreed to provide Complainant with a set of county-approved plans for the remodeling project at issue, a copy of the permit for the project and documentation/receipts showing the cost of obtaining both the plans and the permits. This information might allow the parties to settle this matter. Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the record is held open until the close of business on August 29, 2016. By that time, Complainant should inform the Tribunal whether it has received the items detailed above and whether the matter is resolved or the record should be closed and an Administrative Law Judge Decision issued.
