The parties filed a Stipulation to Final Order (attached) advising the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) how they wish to resolve the matter, what discipline they believe should be assessed to Respondent’s license, and whether Complainant is a “person injured” entitled to file a claim with Residential Contractors’ Recovery Fund. In light of the foregoing, a hearing appears unnecessary and IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. The file is remanded to the Registrar for consideration of the Stipulation to Final Order and disposition. Done this day, December 8, 2016.
