IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 20, 2017, the Registrar of Contractors filed a motion to vacate the record and reset the matter for hearing. The motion provides in relevant part, as follows:

At the hearing in this matter held on November 17, 2017, ALJ Velva Moses-Thompson noted that the record did not reflect that Mosher Communications, LLC had been set a notice of hearing. She agreed to hold the record open so that he Registrar of Contractors could provide a copy of the notice to her.

Unfortunately, it appears that the notice of hearing was never sent out. As a result, the Registrar requests that the record presented at the November 17, 2017 hearing be vacated, and the matter be reset for a hearing in the future.

IT IS ORDERED, the record presented at the November 17, 2017 hearing is vacated and the matter will be reset for hearing in the ordinary course of affairs after a Notice of Hearing is issued by the Registrar of Contractors. The Registrar of Contractors must provide a copy of the Notice of Hearing to the Office of Administrative Hearings. Done this day, November 29, 2017.
