Complainant Dakotah Hills Condominiums Home Owners Association has informed the Office of Administrative Hearings that Respondent Bates Paving and Sealing Inc. has resolved Complainant’s complaint to its satisfaction. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on December 29, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. and any hearing on the merits that could have been scheduled in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, December 28, 2016.
