For the reasons discussed on the record at the hearing on this date, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open until August 1, 2016, to allow the parties to resolve this dispute. As discussed on the record, if Fairbank’s Contracting and Development LLC (“Complainant”) does not inform the Administrative Law Judge that P L Miller Electric Incorporated (“Respondent”) has committed to a payment schedule that is acceptable to Complainant, the Administrative Law Judge will issue her recommendation that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors suspend Respondent’s contractor’s license for its acknowledged violation of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(10).
