Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection. In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision attached. The Registrar reviewed that decision and hereby accepts it. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION Page 1, lines 26 ½, of the Administrative Law Judge Decision lists the first name of the assigned investigator as Arco [Houston]. However, the investigator’s first name is Arlo [Houston]. Page 3, line 1,

of the Administrative Decision, lists the Complainant’s title as Ms. [Lazovich.] However, the

Complainant’s title is Mr. [Lazovich].

CONCLUSION AND ORDER

For the sake of clarity, the Registrar hereby replaces “Arco” [Houston] found on page 1, line 26 ½,

of the Administrative Decision, with “Arlo” [Houston]. The Registrar hereby replaces “Ms.” [Lazovich]

with “Mr.” [Lazovich].

The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which

becomes effective on November 2, 2016.
