IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter having been called for hearing after due and proper notice to the parties commenced with Bonnie Courtney, Complainant appearing for the Complainant, Jeffery Jackson, President of the Respondent LLC appearing on behalf of the Respondent and appearing on behalf of the Registrar of Contractors is Arlo Houston, ROC Inspector. After taking testimony from Mr. Houston and from each of the parties, it was requested that the matter recess briefly to allow an opportunity for the parties to discuss the possibility of settlement. The matter went off the record as the Administrative Law Judge left the hearing room to allow the parties to consult for the purposes of settlement. The matter thereafter went back on the record to report that the parties had reached a full accord and settlement of the matters contained in the Complainant’s Complaint. Both parties concurred in the settlement. The Complainant requested the Complaint be withdrawn and the case closed. NOW THEREFORE IT IS RECCOMENDED that the Complaint in this matter be withdrawn and that this case be closed.
