IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has issued a Default Decision and Order and Order Vacating Hearing based on Respondent’s failure to file a timely written answer to the Citation and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32-1155(B). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on April 17, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(2) and (4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, April 16, 2015.
