A further hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. At the time scheduled for the further hearing to begin, the parties’ attorneys discussed their differences off the record. When the Administrative Law Judge went on the record, Complainant’s attorney stated that it was withdrawing the complaint pursuant to the settlement. Respondent’s attorney stated that it agreed to the terms of the settlement and that the Registrar could close Complainant’s complaint as resolved/settled/withdrawn. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 9:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved/settled/withdrawn. Done this day, March 16, 2016.
