On November 30, 2015, Complainant and Respondent submitted letters to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter had been reached and the hearing currently scheduled for December 3, 2015, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, December 2, 2015.
