None of the three parties have filed anything in response to the November 3, 2016 order that allowed them to request a further hearing on the merits if they were unable to fully consummate their settlement, the terms of which were stated on the record. Therefore, because it appears that the parties have consummated their settlement of the complaints that had been filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”), IT IS ORDERED vacating any further hearing that could have been scheduled in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Registrar for further action.
