IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date on Boulder Construction Corporation’s complaint filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) that Fox Valley Electric Inc. had failed to pay monies in violation of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(10). At the time set for the hearing, the parties’ representatives requested a recess, during which time they reviewed each other’s records. At the end of the recess, the parties’ representatives stated that they had reached a settlement, the terms of which were read onto the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 10:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, May 4, 2016.
