On March 10, 2016, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement and Stipulation to Vacate Hearing and Remand with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for March 21, 2016, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 10, 2016.
