On January 4, 2017, Complainants filed a motion to vacate the hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Complainants advised that the case is moot because Respondent changed its position concerning the subject of the appeal. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
