Pursuant to an agreement reached prior to going on the record, Respondent proffered $1,006.00 in cash and a check for $6.00 to Complainant, which represents Complainant’s down payment and the cost she incurred when Respondent gave her a check with insufficient funds. The matter is therefore considered settled and the hearing is hereby vacated.
