The Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) attorney moves to vacate the hearing because A Covenant Development, Inc. (“Respondent”) has cured the defects that led the Registrar to issue the citation. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on September 6, 2017, at 8:30 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar with the recommendation it be dismissed. Done this day, August 10, 2017.
