On July 19, 2016, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement and Stipulated Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 22, 2016, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
