The Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) attorney has informed the Administrative Law Judge that at the settlement conference, the parties reached an amicable resolution of their dispute and that Respondent was subsequently issued a contractor’s license. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on January 8, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, January 4, 2016.
