On May 16, 2016, the Registrar of Contractors (the Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
