This matter came on for hearing on February 29, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. Valley Wall Systems Inc., (hereinafter “Complainant”) appeared through its owner, Scott Meek. Moline Construction Co. Inc., (hereinafter “Respondent”) was represented by its attorney, Chase E. Halsey, Esq. Following a recess at the scheduled hearing, the Complainant moved withdrew its complaint and to dismiss the matter at issue. Respondent did not object to Complainant’s motion. Whereupon, after review, IT IS ORDERED THAT THIS MATTER IS VACATED from the Office of administrative and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, February 29, 2016.
