The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has forwarded an email chain between the parties in which Complainant David William Wargo accepted Respondent Malibu Builders, LLC’s offer of settlement. Because both complaints that were filed with the Registrar involve the same workmanship issues, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on August 9, 2016, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, August 5, 2016.
