After both parties failed to appear at the status conference that had been scheduled to ascertain whether they had had succeeded in resolving their differences, Complainant has not indicated that he needs a hearing on the merits in the time allowed. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the any further hearing on the merits that could have been set in this matter in the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, May 27, 2016.
