IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

As discussed on the record at the further hearing that was held on this date, to allow the parties to reduce to writing their settlement in principle, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until February 6, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. If the parties are able to reduce their settlement to writing to both parties’ satisfaction, the parties shall submit a stipulation to the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) that she may remand the matter back to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) pursuant to the parties’ settlement. If the parties are unable to resolve their differences, they may request in writing that the ALJ schedule a further hearing on the merits. If the parties do not file anything, the ALJ will assume that the parties have completed their settlement and will remand this matter back to the Registrar. Done this day, January 5, 2017.
