IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

As stated in the undersigned’s January 5, 2017 order, at the hearing on the merits on that date the parties stated that they had reached a settlement, but that they wanted the record to be held open to allow them to reduce the terms of their settlement to writing. As also stated in the January 5, 2017 order, if the parties did not file a writing indicating that they had not been successful in reducing their settlement to writing, the undersigned would assume that they had been successful and remand the matter back to the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). As of this date, neither party has contacted the Office of Administrative Hearings. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits pursuant to the terms of the parties’ settlement. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, February 7, 2017.
