Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

Page 2, ¶ 4, of the Decision lists September 18, 2015, as the date Complainant filed the complaint

against the Respondent with the Registrar. However, the Registrar received Complainant’s complaint on

September 17, 2015. Page 2, ¶ 6, of the Decision lists December 15, 2014, as the date the Registrar issued

the written directive. However, the Registrar issued the written directive on November 25, 2015. Page 3,

¶ 10, of the Decision also list May 21, 2015, as the date the Registrar issued the citation in this matter.

However, the Registrar issued the citation on February 3, 2016. CONCLUSION AND ORDER For sake of clarity, the Registrar hereby replaces “September 18, 2015,” found on page 2, ¶ 4, of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, with “September 17, 2015.” The Registrar also hereby replaces “December 15, 2014,” found on page 2, ¶ 6, with “November 25, 2015.” The Registrar also hereby replaces “May 21, 2015,” found on page 3, ¶ 10, with “February 3, 2016.” The Registrar hereby accepts
