Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

Page 2, ¶ 4, of the Decision the lists $11,931.00 as the payout amount. However, the payout

amount was $11,831.00. Page 2, ¶ 7, of the Decision lists October 7, 2016 as the hearing date. However,

the hearing date was October 17, 2016. Page 3, ¶ 5, of the Decision states “Baker remained a member of

Rockland… (Emphasis added).” However, the remaining member of Rockland was Green. CONCLUSION AND ORDER For sake of clarity, the Registrar hereby replaces “11,931.00” found on page 2, ¶ 4, of the Decision with “$11,831.00”. The Registrar hereby replaces “October 7, 2016” found on page 2, ¶ 7, of the Decision with “October 17, 2016”. The Registrar hereby replaces “Baker” found on page 3, ¶ 5, of the Decision with “Green”. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge
