Granite Mountain Restoration LLC (“Respondent”) has submitted a letter of completion signed by Nicolas Doan (“Complainant”), indicating that repairs have been completed. Complainant has not responded to Respondent’s submission or indicated that a hearing will be necessary in this matter in the time allowed by the Administrative Law Judge. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on May 18, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
