A status conference had been scheduled on this date at 4:00 p.m. at Respondent’s attorney’s request with Complainant’s consent to allow Respondent to fully consummate its settlement agreement. Staff at the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) placed telephone calls to Complainant and to Respondent’s attorney at the numbers that they had previously provided, but neither answered the calls. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until July 29, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. to allow Complainant to submit a request in writing that he desires a hearing on the merits of his complaint to OAH, with copies to Respondent’s attorney and to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). If Complainant fails to file such a writing, the Administrative Law Judge will remand this matter to the Registrar with the recommendation that it be closed.
