Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

The caption of the Decision lists license no. 200036. However, the caption should list license no.

240036, as listed in the November 2, 2015 Citation. Page 2, ¶ 3, of the Decision lists August 3, 2015, as

the date the Complainant filed its Complaint. However, the Registrar received the Complaint on August

7, 2015. Page 4, ¶ 11, of the Decision lists license no. 256686, instead of Respondent’s license 240036. Finally, the Registrar modifies the decision to correct the Registrar’s investigator’s name “Jim Diamond,” with “Jim Dimond” throughout the Decision. CONCLUSION AND ORDER For sake of clarity, the Registrar hereby modifies the Decision and amends the caption to include Respondent’s license no. 240036. Also, the Registrar hereby replaces “license no. 256686,” with “license
