IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 22, 2016, the Respondent filed a motion to vacate hearing with an attached signed letter from Complainants. The letter provides, in relevant part, as follows: Complainants Debra Cole and Layla Perry hereby withdraw their written complaint against [Respondent] in the above-referenced matter, and request a full and complete dismissal of related Citation dated December 9, 2015. We also request that the Registrar vacate all pending hearings and restore Sunbelt’s license status to its pre-complaint status. Whereupon, after review, IT IS ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded the the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Done this day, January 22, 2016.
