If the Registrar modifies that decision, then the Registrar must provide “written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification.” A.R.S. § 41- 1092.08(F)(1). In this case, a hearing was held and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION The Administrative Law Judge Decision accidentally includes unnecessary words (at line 17 on page 3) which, if not removed, would make the sentence incomplete. Their removal is a
typographical correction only and does not change the facts as stated.

Judge’s Findings of Fact No. 9 at line 17 on page 3 of the Administrative Law Judge Decision.
The substance of the Administrative Law Judge’s Recommended Order stands and therefore,
becomes effective August 31, 2015.
