R N B Flooring Inc., License No. CR-8.271204-D,

RESPONDENT.

As discussed on the record at the hearing on this date, to provide an opportunity for Helen M. Freeman (“Complainant”) to provide access to R N B Flooring, Inc.’s (“Respondent’s”) employee to repair (1) the door that slides off the track in the closet at the top of the stairs and (2) the broken piece of molding at the top of the stairs, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until July 5, 2016. Within that time, Respondent shall file a written statement to the Office of Administrative Hearings with a copy to Complainant that its employee has completed repairs. If Complainant disagrees with the statement or would like time for the Registrar of Contractors’ (“the Registrar’s”) investigator to verify that Respondent’s repairs comply with applicable workmanship standards, she shall file a written request for a compliance inspection, with a copy to Respondent. Otherwise, the Administrative Law Judge will remand this matter back to the Registrar with the recommendation that it be closed as “resolved/settled/withdrawn.” Done this day, June 13, 2016.
