Under A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(B), the Registrar may review and accept, modify, or reject an

administrative law judge’s written decision. If the Registrar modifies or rejects that decision, then the

Registrar must provide written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification or rejection.

In this case, a hearing was held, and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See

Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached.

MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

Page 2, ¶ 4, of the Decision lists August 16, 2016 as the date the investigator performed a jobsite

inspection. However, the investigator performed the jobsite inspection on August 6, 2015. Page 11, ¶ 6,

of the Decision lists August 16, 2016 as the date of the investigators jobsite inspection notes. However,

the date of the investigators jobsite inspection notes is August 6, 2015. Page 11, ¶ 6, of the Decision lists August 17, 2016 as the date of the investigator’s Directive. However, the date of the investigator’s Directive is August 17, 2015. Page 11, ¶ 6, of the Decision lists October 19, 2016 as the date of the investigator’s addendum. However, the date of the investigator’s addendum is October 19, 2015. Page 11, ¶ 7, of the Decision lists August 17, 2016 as the date of the investigator’s Directive. However, the date of the investigator’s Directive is August 17, 2015.

CONCLUSION AND ORDER For sake of clarity, the Registrar hereby replaces “August 16, 2016” found on page 2, ¶ 4, of the Decision with “August 6, 2015.” The Registrar hereby replaces “August 16, 2016” found on page 11, ¶ 6, of the Decision with “August 6, 2015.” The Registrar hereby replaces “August 17, 2016” found on page 11, ¶ 6, of the Decision with “August 17, 2015.” The Registrar hereby replaces “October 19, 2016” found on page 11, ¶ 6, of the Decision with “October 19, 2015.” The Registrar hereby replaces “August 17, 2016” found on page 11, ¶ 7, of the Decision with “August 17, 2015.” The Registrar hereby accepts the

remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on October 29, 2016.
