At the time and place set for hearing in the matters after substantial testimony, Respondent agreed to withdraw his requests for hearing in these matters and pay a combined reduced penalty of $9,550.00 that the Registrar of Contractors offered to him. This penalty breaks down as follows: $1,500.00 for case number 2015-3031-ROC, $1,000.00 for case number 2016-1903-ROC and $7,050.00 for case number 2015-3352-ROC. In light of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that hearing in these matters be vacated and the file remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition.
