MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION The caption of the Administrative Law Judge Decision does not list Respondent’s full name as listed in the Citation issued on September 23, 2015. CONCLUSION AND ORDER The Registrar hereby modifies the caption of the Administrative Law Judge Decision to read: “Sean Eugene Ferguson DBA: JW Painting,” as listed on the September 23, 2015 Citation. The Registrar hereby accepts the remainder of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, which becomes effective on April 17, 2016.
