On May 7, 2016, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement of Matter. The Notice provides that the work required has been completed in a satisfactory manner with the Complainant selecting the tile used. The Respondent is responsible for all work, other than the tile selected by the Complainant. Whereupon, after review, IT IS ORDERED that this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
