If the Registrar modifies that decision, then the Registrar must provide “written justification setting forth the reasons for the modification.” A.R.S. § 41- 1092.08(F)(1). In this case, a hearing was held and the administrative law judge issued a written decision. See Administrative Law Judge Decision, attached. MODIFICATION AND WRITTEN JUSTIFICATION

The Administrative Law Judge Decision lists February 9, 2015, as the contract date to

install flooring at Ms. Houchin’s home at line 7 of page 5. According to the date on the

original complaint and the citation, the contract date between Ms. Houchin and Respondent

was March 30, 2015.

The substance of the order stands and therefore, the decision becomes effective on September 28, 2015, and License Nos. CR-8.110373-D and CR- 8.110374-D are revoked. IT IS SO ORDERED this 18th day of August 2015.
